Our hosted activities
Each week we offer a menu of hosted activities which cater to all fitness levels and ages.
We’re proud to partner with local businesses to support the community while bringing you the best the area has to offer.
This summer our program includes: tai chi, ceramics, guided hikes, book club, watercolours, self-guided yoga (fully equipped studio on site), live music, handstands for beginners, water aerobics, tarot and more.
All of the hosted sessions are in English and session rotation may vary.
We’re committed to providing the best program possible so we’d love to hear from you if there are any specific activities you want us to include.
What about outside of group activities?
We know that some days, the idea of relaxing by the pool or enjoying a quiet afternoon in our library will be pure bliss.
You’ve got the freedom to enjoy this retreat how you see fit: maybe you prefer moments of peaceful solitude, throwing yourself into all of our group activities, or a blend of both.
Choose your own pace and customise your experience to create the perfect balance.
We’re also a 30 min drive away from the coast so guests are welcome to organise their own beach day (this isn’t included in our program)
Family-style meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are all included, and wine is unlimited with dinner.
