Studies show that the decade around our 30s is when a woman makes the most biographically significant, life-defining decisions that set the tone for our identities. 
In my early 30s, I realised I needed a life reset. 

The first challenge was finding the space to unplug and figure out what to do next.

The idea of Palau was born during the most daunting, confusing yet optimistic period of my life. 

It’s now my mission to create a supportive space for other women who may be feeling that their life is at a crossroads.

A space where you can slow down and start to invest in who you might want to be next. There is still time for you to be all that you want to be.
